Falcoon Car Rental, a luxury car rental and chauffeur services provider in Los Angeles, aimed to achieve over $100,000 in monthly revenue through their Google Ads account. However, they faced significant challenges, as their previous revenue record was just over $42,000 per month. With a limited set of bottom-of-funnel keywords and unsuccessful attempts to find new opportunities, Falcoon Car Rental turned to Black Propeller to help steer their Google Ads account towards reaching this ambitious goal.
Approach
Leveraging our expertise and creativity, we designed a multifaceted Performance Max campaign strategy to revitalize Falcon Car Rental’s Google Ads account. We launched two distinct Performance Max campaigns: one focused on the local Los Angeles market and the other targeting national clients.
To engage high-potential audiences, we used compelling visuals and videos while targeting segments such as previous customers, email buyer lists, and Google In-Market and Affinity audiences, interested in terms like “Travel to Los Angeles” and “Luxury car rental, convertibles, and specialty cars.” Understanding the demanding nature of our target clientele, we further refined the campaign by incorporating custom audiences based on search terms and websites of luxury hotels and high-end vacation rentals within Falcon Car Rental’s service area.
By using these creative assets and audience signals in our local Performance Max campaign, we maximized brand visibility and generated local interest within Falcon Car Rental’s immediate service area. For the national campaign, we aimed to drive both interest and demand outside of Los Angeles by targeting all states (excluding California to avoid overlap with the local campaign), broadening our reach to attract users across the U.S. with a shared interest in Los Angeles travel and luxury vehicle rentals.
The Results
From the very first month of implementing our strategy, Falcon Car Rental experienced a significant increase in purchases and revenue directly driven by our Performance Max campaigns. Not only did we surpass the ambitious $100,000 revenue goal, but we also generated over $110,000 in sales solely through Google Ads! The success of our Performance Max campaigns also extended to the Branded and Non-Branded paid search campaigns, both of which saw remarkable increases in revenue.

The Non-brand search campaigns experienced a remarkable 113% month-over-month revenue increase, contributing 32% of the total revenue generated. This performance surge reflects our ability to reach and convert new customers searching for Falcon Car Rental’s services.
Furthermore, while our efforts led to a 39% increase in Google Ads spend due to the expansion of our campaigns, the cost per conversion only rose by 14%. This cost efficiency was paired with a 125% increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), reaching an impressive 9.00.
